Steps to Financing your Hansman Custom Home
- Investigate different mortgage companies and banks to find the best services. Just like how houses need to mesh well with your lifestyle, so does your mortgage company or bank. Don’t be embarrassed to be straightforward with your budget and expenses.
- Establish pre-approval with a letter of credit.
- Earn Construction Financing- this is provided for you when Hansman Custom Home owns the lot or land.
- Pay deposit to start the building of your new home!
- Construction financing draws once monthly during the construction of your home.
- As boxes are being packed to your new address, Hansman will tally up the costs for a final bill.
Project Pricing Options
Option 1: Cost Plus
- Requires a 5% deposit
- Payment draws once monthly during construction
- Final Bill is delivered one month after completion
- Cost Plus offers greater flexibility for true custom homes
- Allowance are given to help customer track cost overages
- Billing starts only at 8% of cost
Option 2: Bid
- Requires a 20% deposit
- Payment draws once monthly during construction
- Final Bill is due upon completion
- Overages are due immediately
- Allowances are given
- Offers set final price if allowances remain

Option 1: Lease/Purchase

- Certiain housing may qualify for financing through Hansman Custom Homes. We try to help you out, when we can.
Option 3: Rent
- We can help find a place to rest your feet. We offer certain housing for rent based upon availability.
