It starts every morning at 4:30. At an early age, John Hansman learned to match work ethic and accountability with a farmer’s biological clock.
You’ll quickly learn, too, that John’s attention to every detail – from the first scoop of dirt to handing you the keys – will put you at ease throughout the process.
Counting several good friends among Hansman’s clients, John knows how to satisfy even those with the highest of expectations.
John formed John Hansman Construction in 2002 determined to combine the best qualities of every company from whom he’d worked in the previous 13 years. John built two quality homes that first year and currently builds 20-25 per year.
His wife, Monica, puts her nine years of banking experience to work helping you through financing your home. As a realtor with First Tier, Monica also welcomes the opportunity to help you select the little touches and signature items you’ll enjoy for years to come.
Monica does wonders for keeping John and the crew organized and in line – whether it be at work or at home - but the real boss in Benjamin. If you're lucky, you might see Benjamin toddling around here or there and 'helping' dad.
Together, John and Monica will help you build a home you’ll be proud to show your mom for its beauty and proud to show your father for its craftsmanship and cost-consciousness.
